does anyone know the solution??thank

no i'm not. i have SATA port onboard but i don't have SATA devices. i have even tried to disable almost all the configuration in BIOS like SATA, RAID, USB and PCI-e
any solution to this problem??
thanks

If the installation stops while hardware scan is running, to fugure out, what drivers must be loaded, I suggest to remove all installed cards,
which are not needed for the first installation process.
If the installation has finished, you can put in the removed cards, step by step, to figure out which one make problems on netware.Another reason could be the installed ram.
Have you checked the ram for propper function? And at least, check, whether there is a special ide driver on the manufacturers cd for netware.
Because you can install those drivers before netware checks for new hardware.Good luck and let me know on what happen.

I´m having the same problem but I have installed a 500GB SATA, also tried diferent ones and same thing. Tried different media and same problem. Tried another HDD SATA 300GB and same thing. Can you please help?
