Help! Strange Things with N5 Server

When users are copying files to the NW5 Server they are dropped. The files they have copied to the Server are corrupted. These files cannot be deleted in a normal manner. The server must be downed and the files deleted from DOS. Any ideas or recommendations would be most helpful!
