I’m a Technology Teacher at a high school, ok my problem is I can login just fine
But I can’t create accounts or see my directors on the server I cant seem to do any administrator things; it tells me that I don’t have the rights. I need to have access to my folders. I think one of my students my have done something I don’t know how he could have done anything, he does not have the rights to anything but he seems to know a lot about novell. Is there a way to trace this, to see who changed the rights and how can I change them back. I don’t have access to the server itself its locked up I used to be able to use Rconsol but it not accepting my password and now I have to wait a week for the damn novell tech to fix it.

If you had previously enabled Netware Auditing then you can find out what happened once you get control back. Otherwise, it's quite a good idea for the administrator of a server to be able to get physical access to the server...

Here's how I got the supervisor password when I was in school- I wrote a visual basic program that displayed a screen that looked and behaved like the login screen and left it running on the computer- it would save the username and password to a file, I'd check it once and a while and see what fish I'd caught.

If you have access to the NetWare console and the server's floppy drive you can download shareware/freeware NLMs that when run from the server's console will reset the Supervisor/Administrator password.
You would place the NLM on the floppy disk and place it into the A: drive of the server and then run the application as per the instructions provided with the tool.
Look for NetWare Shareware or freeware and you will find such applications.
Note that if the server has not been rebooted since the problem began, that would be the first thing I would try, as a hardware hickup or brownout could cause the operating system to become unstable.
