HELP!!! Invalid Partition Table in Netwa

I have just installed Netware v.3.12. After copying the system and public files, I rebooted the server and suddenly I get an error that says invalid partition table. I can not go any further than that. Any suggestions? I know that I could probably fdisk the drives and start over, but I am trying to avoid that. Please HELP!!!
