Even though there are no errors pointing to it, it turns out RICHED32.DLL was missing from C:\Windows\System. Works fine now. Just wanted to make sure the solution to this was out there on the net if someone else ends up running into it too... Novell's knowledgebase search sucks. (IMHO)
