Comment: After setting up new XP PC's with GroupWise 5.5 the following message appears when a file is opened- "GroupWise ODMA Integration: Unable to load resource library...." Click 'OK' twice and you get to the Open File Browser but, it is a pain. I have tried reloading Groupewise w/ Word 97 checked and unchecked as well as enabling integrations in GW's document options. I'm stuck

Reply: (edit)To fix the problem in Excel you need to remove the Excel Template that GroupWise installs in c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart. Once this template has been deleted, re-start Excel and your problem is gone.

Reply: (edit)Sorry Forgot one more step, Make sure that you reset the toolbars in Excel as well. To do this... 1. Open Excel 2. Under the "Tools" menu, choose the "Customize" menu. 3. In the list of toolbars, highlight click on each toolbar name then click the "Reset" button. Do this for each of the toolbars. For some toolbars, the "Reset" button is disabled. 4. Quit Excel Also the file name that you need to delete is Gwxl97.xla. The other thing that should be done in XP and 2000 is to delete the GWODM132.DLL from the %windir%\system32 directory. If you do not do this you will have problems with each new user of the system. You may possibly have to delete the ODMA32.dll file as well if you continue to have problems.
