I received a new computer at work. After it was intalled I could open my notify list to view it but after using it a few times I now am unable to view the list.

Could you describe, what happens exactly.
Will notify open up and show an empty list or what exactly happens?Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

I click on the notify globe which shows I have notifications & nothing happens. The list does not open. I've tried right clicking on it to do what there is that way & that has not helped either.

Which version of Groupwise Client are you running?

You should try to start Groupwise Notify not in Autostart.
Boot your PC, wait until everything is completely loaded, e.g. AntiSpyware, Antivirus, Firewall a.s.o., or whatever will be loaded during the boot process.
Then start Groupwise Notify and check, whether the problem persists.Report the status.

Have you installed all the latest updates for Groupwise 6 ?
