When trying to print GroupWise emails computer stops responding. Calendar and address book prints ok. Tried both local and network printers. Using GroupWise Client 7.0.1 and Novell Client 4.91 sp2 on Windows 2000 with service pack 4.

What's in the event viewer?
what does it say in the print spooler window (from the printer icon in your system tray)?

There are no errors in event viewer.
Print spooler never comes up. Tried to print directly to the printer, got the same results.

reinstall the client. if it works without the service pack, leave it that way.
If not add the support pack and perhaps try beta patch 2?

I think this is one of those very specific problems which Novell needs to deal with. Tell them about it.
