Groupwise 5 Web Access

I access our institution/s GroupWise 5 server via the Web Access feature when away from the office. When using Windows 95/NT, no problem; however, when using Windows 98 I often have difficulty sending messages and Groupwise delivers the the error message "Unknown Keyword however" for instance. The keywords seem to be random. Words like I, alone, etc.
I cannot find a problem from within the Netscape browser. I have no problem from Windows 95. Any clue?
