Fatal Exception error-Please HELP!!!!!!!

I work for a school running Netware5, Zenworks, on Win95 systems (dells) ranging from pent to pent3s. The problem is When certain students try to save they get a fatal exception error. I thought it may be something with their home folder or user so I saved applications in another folder, created new user and problem persisted. Please help.

1) There could be an error with the HDD or the machine could have incompatible RAM. Try running scandisk on the PC's to make sure that there is no probs with the HDD. 2) You mentioned that the problems was related to certain users {DO THAY HAVE INDIVIDUAL USER ACCOUNTS?}, is it certain users on any PC (ask them to log in and do the same thing on 2/3 pc's that you know have no problems)or any user on a certain pc (ask 2/3 users that you know don't have a problem to try and save on a pc that comes up with the error.

I would run a dsrepair on the main server and then all other servers. When you recreated the users did you give the users rights back to there home directory??

Also make sure that you have patched up client32 software, and the patched the server.
Had a similar problem, resolved with latest patches / clients
