I have Telocity SDSL,DSL and was wondering what I need to do exactly to setup up the DSL for my LAN I have 5 workstations and Im running DHCP over netware. Do I need another NIC card for my server, a router or what?

The easiest solution would be to get a cable/dsl router. This will allow all 5 machines in your lan to share the ip address that Telocity provides, and also uses NAT to "hide" your machines from the internet & hackers. I have the Netgear RT311, and recommend it wholeheartedly. You can find more info at: http://www.netgear.com.

1st - You want to have a firewall between you and the internet. I use SonicWall (www.sonicwall.com) products for my clients. For the small clients I use the SOHO2/10user. I feel more secure with the firewall being a separate appliance from the DSL router (see motto below).
I plug the DSL rounter into the firewall. Then I plug the firewall into the hub/switch of the LAN.
I always use the NAT feature of the firewall to hide my workstations and that way I only have to have one public IP address. I also use the DHCP of the SonicWall to hand out the IP addresses and default gateway to the workstations.

Use Linux d00d :).
We are running three Netware-Servers, but for Internet-Routing Linux/Unix just is better, and the firewall is built into the kernel, for free.
Of course it takes some time to learn, but you'll be rewarded with much more flexibility in configuration.
