We installed SP5 for NW6 over the weekend - since then most users are having trouble logging on, if they change the server from Itchy to Itchy's ip address then its fine.

Also Arcserve was a casualty of the upgrade - don't ask how!
I've reinstalled it and it loads but when I try and create a new job I'm asked to login, whatever I use I get the error EC=1 unknown user or password - could this be related to the first issue?
