Hey, i would like to know how i can block a person from logging in on only 1 computer, without using novell. Is it the registry i need to use? or is there an other simple way?

Not really sure what you exactly want to do.
If you want to prevent access to a certain workstation, then "Deny Local Logon" for that user in Windows Local Security Policy.
You can select a set of permitted workstations, from which the user can log on to the Novell network. Use ConsoleOne, select the user, and find the Restrictions>Address Restrictions tab. Then add IP addresses.

Hey, i would like to know how i can block a person from logging in on only 1 computer, WITHOUT USING NOVELL, i don't have admin rights, and the admin will never do that if i would ask him, aren't there any other ways to block a user from 1 computer?

hey, seems like your admin has disabled local access to the PC. Novell client assumes the same powers as M$'s inbuilt networking. Once local access has been disabled, you can't get round it, once Windows starts up. It's part of the OS, not a user setting. You could try booting to a c.d. and fiddling around there. At any rate, it's not a NOVELL question.
