DHCP import -Does it work?

Anyone know how to import DHCP scopes from NW 4.11 server to Netware 6.0 server. There's a nifty import feature on NW6.0 DHCP but it doesn't appear to work or I have the wrong file for the NW4.11 machine. What file from NW4.11 do I need. I tried "dhcptap" and "Dhnoresp.cfg". I keep getting DHCP Import Failure -file does not exist or is not in proper format.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. A 30second job is turning into an all day job.
