Server RKMC-ACAD1 experienced a critical error. The offending process was suspended or recovered. However, services hosted by the server may have been affected." Reply: (edit)Sorry, but with out a little further information it would be hard to pin the exact point of the problem. The error "WARNING! Server RKMC-ACAD1 experienced a critical error. The offending process was suspended or recovered. However, services hosted by the server may have been affected." could be anything from the OS to Memory. And the Arcserve is just the catalyst. The error itself is pretty generic. One suggestion would be to look @ the Sys$log.err file (Sys\system\sys$log.err). Find the time in the log file of when the error occured and then write down what the Severity, Locus and Class #'s are. You can find a conversion chart by searching Google and using those words as key search words. They might help refine your search a little bit, once you see what they translate to. I must tell you that I have gone through hell with ArcServe. We are replacing it with Veritas. We spent a month (no exageration) trying to upgrade from 6.6 to 7. And this was with daily contact with CA. Just with what I know about ArcServe I think I would try to contact CA first to see what they have to say. Juat as a last thought what ArcServe Agents are you running on the Server(s). It could be as something simple as a TSA or OFA NLM update. Wish I could be of more help. If I find anything I will definetly post back. Because I do know the frustration you are going through. V-Peace-V
