You can clone the HDD asuming it is not too damaged with a program like Symantec's Ghost - It will copy the DOS and Netware partitions.

You could put another HDD in the PC, same size or larger. Create DOS partition same size and xcopy the DOS files across. Load server and mirror the disks.
