Since upgrading to sp2, ramdomly some of my network files apprear in blue - not black. Anyone else see this?

They are compressed files which netware will do in 14 days by default. You probably without intention chose to display compressed files in a different color. To correct go to My computer choose view | options | view and uncheck the "display compressed file and folders with alternate color".
