Client 4.83 w/XP Pro

Running new system w/WinXP Pro, RAID 1. Client 4.83 on Netware 5.1. System runs fine in beginning but slows down after a few hours of use. Explorer begins to have errors. Has been up and running for about 1 month, did not begin to have problems until recently. Sophos Autoupdate also installed. Any advice?

Have you patched NW 5.1? Are you using SCSI or IDE drives in the server? Check the versions of your controller software and also check the date of your TCPIP nlm. You may have to back-rev the TCP.
