Change the IP of a workstation

We have some Dell machines with Windows XP Pro as Workstations and two are having a conflict with the same IP address so we need to figure out where to change the IP. We looked in ZENWorks but didn't see it. Another admin told me we could change it from a workstation but didn't rememeber where? We can't change it from the server since the server is on the opposite side of the building where it is or maybe we could remote in.

is its ip address static or dynamic. If dynamic you need to look at the dhcp server. If static you change it at the pc under tcp/ip properties.
