Dear All
I am trying to login to Netware Server from my WinXP machine. But I am getting the following message. "Netware Security Message: NMAS: login timed out Error - 1644 (0xFFFFF994) Select the Workstation only checkbox to login to the local workstation". It used to work perfectly two weeks ago. Can any one tell me what could be the problem.

You didn't provide all the information for solving this problem but a good place to start will be at: http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/searchtid.cgi?10073137.htm Good luck

It seems, that there is no NMAS configured at the server, so the workstation couldn't find an NMAS service. You can solve this problem as follows: 1. go to Novell Client Properties 2. click at advanced login 3. switch NMAS Authentication to off
