Can't delete files

I'm admin, sometimes I can't delete doc files in home folder, my rights is full control already and no any people using these files, but when i wait few days, it can delete, so how can fix this problem?

Have you checked to see if the files are locked or maybe not released yet by the server. I have seen delays from when it was last accessed and when I can delete the file, but not days later, most I've seen was like an hour when the server was being taxed pretty heavy.
