Hi guys if anyone can help me on this weird problem Id greatly appreciate it... heres the issue.. we limit concurrent connections to one on the novell server. We use a mix of win2000/xp/98 systems to connect to the server. win2000 machine uses the client given by ms to connect to the server. we've had 3 incidents where the computer tells us that it is logging in more than once but when we check the monitor on the server the name never shows up. EVER. but we still get an error. Our current workaround is recreating the user or allowing more than one connection. But can someone tell me what the heck is going on? PLEASE!!! thanks all.

Have you tried doing a Dsrepair and looking at the log, sometimes the connection will be held in the NDS database although it does not appear at the console.
