====================================The users cannot connect on any computer. At first I thought this was related to their own Pc, but I can log in with my User name no problem. I tried deleting their user from the network and recreating it but without any luck, same problem.
This is now happening to 3 users...
Any help??
Thanks a bundle!

Maybe it's a license problem.
This can happen, when you've installed an evaluation license at first and you haven't deinstalled it before installing a new license.Read more about it here:
http://support.novell.com/techcenter/search/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=10067152html&sliceId=&dialogID=5972533Paul

the Novell support website indicates this means "insufficient space."

I'm not sure if that is useful but definitely check Monitor and Netware Remote Manager, to see what's going on with your server. And of course, the old reboot can't hurt.
Also, what happens if you create a new user and attempt to log in?

Thanks for the replies...Unfortunetly none worked...
I verified and we did not install any evaluation liscences. Good call though Paul.
Retroguy: All the volumes are under 80% consumption...Space does not seem to be an issue..unless theres somthing i don't know about..
I did try adding another User with the same problem. Any furthur adds do not work either. I did however manage in converting an old employee's user name to match the other user's rights...she just logs in temporairily with the other user name...AND IT WORKS ???
Weird ??

There are another two things you could try out.
1. check the nds by using dsrepair
2. try to log in with nwclient for dos machines
you can create a dos client disk with the client
cd/disk of your novell versionSee, what happens ...
Paul

this is intriguing. make sure you post the solution when you get it.
the fact that old users still work is a major clue. try to find what is different with them.

Hey guys,
I'm glad you're intrigued as I am..lol
I had forgot to mention that we tried the "dsrepair" to no avail. We also have a few dos clients already on the network (They use old dot matrix printers for some billing purposes). They could connect no problem...
The following has suprised me in the last week or so: The problem seems to be GONE!?!? I had noticed about a dozen old users that were no longer working here that still existed in the tree. Their logins were inactive but still existed on our server. I removed all of them, as a last resort, and to my suprise, the problem no longer occurs?
Is this the real solution or a simple coincidence ? I cannot say.
The only thing I can say is thanks for your help and GOD BLESS IF IT NEVER COMES BACK !!!!
LOL
Thanks a bundle!

since the original error message happens often with licensing issues (as Paul suggested), maybe the old users were using up the licenses? At any rate, investigate your licence situation.
