Hi all,
A crazy problem seem to occur with one of my users using Win2K pro SP3 and Client 4.8 installed. He prints to 2 Queue based HP 8000 printers. all of a sudden, one of the printer has started giving error message, "erro writing to \\abc srvr\pq_123, Abort retry. The printer windo shows spooling until I abort. The problem follows wherever I log in to workstation by his account. Other printers are all working well. I checked queue and he is an authorised user as well. Moreover he was working fine till now. Virus can be ruled out as the problem shifts wherever he logs in. Any ideas anyone....Thanks in advance.
