Hi, I un checked the unique password on NWADMIN, still can not use the same password. Any idea?

After you have unchecked the unique password option, did you close out the user account dialog box? You will need to close out the dialog box first for the change to take effect and then go back in and place a checkmark to the unique password and type in the same password again.
