Comment:

We are using BorderManager. I am attempting to access a secured site (https)but my workstations cannot access unless the proxy is turned off. I am able to access other secured sites through the proxy with no problem. The site in questions administrator said that I need to come up with a workaround, any suggestions?

on your bordermanager server, load filtcfg and configure an exception filter to allow any stateful https traffic. use the www-https-st packet type when creating the filter. you should not have to limit access to the specific site because the stateful filter will only open port 443 when needed, and will close the port when each session ends.
