Can someone tell me how to keep kids from
bypassing the proxy in BorderManger 3.5? Currently,
all they have to do is deselect the "Use proxy server"
setting in Internet Explorer, and they can go
anywhere on the internet. That's not cool. I have
not figured out how to completely avoid this.

Do a search on group policies. You'll be able to lcok down windows so that they lose the ability to access the internet explorer settings.
