I have the same question? When I attempt to open certain avi files, I get an error message under media player which states: MMSYSTEM006 There is no driver installed on your system. Please tell me where to download. Thank you!

That site might work 4 u but it didnt 4 me, I was trying to play mid files, 1 thing that works 4 me (although it is annoying) is to go into quicktime and open the file I am asked to convert the file, u mightnt be asked i am not sure, once it is converted it works in quicktime (but unfortunately in quicktime only) If you find how to get it workin on other players Please e-mail me
