Arcserve 7 NDS Error

Hi,

When I restore NDS on netware 5.1 I always get an error at the end that reads, "can not connect to AQ_servername" or something. All seems to be restored I am just concerned that things maybe damaged.

After the restore I have to reinstall Arcserve, and all seems OK.

If I do not backup the "AQ_servername" part of NDS, the backup restores without any errors, and I do not have to reinstall Arcserve.

Are both these methods OK to use.

If you're getting your information restored, it is probably fine. Check the following url for the latest patches for ArcServe 7

If you don't want to reinstall ARCserver, you can use ASUTIL command, with this command you can delete and create Queue and Queue Server.

Thanks for all the information,
I have checked and all seems fine, I recieve no dsrepair errors after the restore.

Using the ASUTIL or reinstall AS7 does fix the any problems.
