aot/axt - zenworks - manual install?

I have manage to make a aot/axt snapshoot. I have set it up so it should appear in the menu but it does not. I have tried to make "new" package from an old to see if it appears in the menu, but it does not.
Is there a util that can install the aot/axt file manual???
We have upgraded ZenWorks from 2 to 3. Could it be something there that does it. Because it worked before.
