Adminadd.nlm is available from http://home.cyburban.com/~petersen/
I wrote adminadd to remove attributes from the user object that could prevent the user from logging in. This includes intruder lockout, login disabled, maximum simultaneous connections, login allowed time map, login expiration time, and network address restrictions. For example if the Admin's user account had a time restriction to only be allowed to log in Sunday between 3 and 4 AM, or if intruder lockout was set (a likely possibility if you need this program) you would still be able to log in after running adminadd. Unfortunately I don’t bother to save these attributes. You would either have to restore them manually using NWAdmin or restore from backup (if available). Of course if you restore from backup it will restore the old Admin password. Also if you run adminadd specifying a non-existent user name, a new user with the name specified is created with admin rights and no restrictions.
