you probably need File and Print Services for Netware. It is an add-on product. It makes a windows 200 server appear and behave to netware clients as a netware server. It also allows the clients to use IPX to connect. Otherwise it might simnply be a matter of configuring the netware client's windows NT/2000 tab. Unfortunatly as you did not give specifics of the environement or connectivity i can not give a sepcific solution.
