Novice Novell user here. I added the Mac name space to the Sys volume, but would like to add it to another volume too. Is this possible and if so how do I do it? Thanks!!
Hi, Sure it's possible, you can even assign multiple name spaces to a single volume. This is the way to add it to another volume (which must already exist) Since you've already added it to the SYS volume, be sure to adjust the volume name. Regards, Rob

ADDING THE MACINTOSH NAME SPACE NetWare 3.x or 4.x or 5.x 1. At the server console prompt type, LOAD MAC 2. ADD NAME SPACE MACINTOSH TO VOLUME SYS where SYS is any volume name, do not use a : at the end of the volume name. Note: An error message appears stating the amount of disk space required for mac name space. It is informational and can be ignored.
