Once upon a time I had a boot floppy with Novell 3.11 server etc.
Can anyone point me to a simple floppy setup to network two PCs for file xfer only? No printer; no CDROM; nothing fancy. Just connect and use LapLink5.

You can use "lan workplace for dos" it's basically what windows 3.11 networking used, and the client software is on any nt server install disk there's a setup guide here: http://www.perle.com/support/documentation_pdfs/5500118-10.pdf
