I want my Mac to print to a Windows XP print server on a HP 1210v all in one printer. I have enabled sharing & shared the printer on the xp machine. i have installed the unix network protocol on the xp machine. no luck as of yet.

Im able to see the the XP machine and the printer over the network. Im also able set the mac to use the printer on the xp machine. BUT IT WONT PRINT.

the mac print queue say: "NT_CONNECTION_DENIED"

When i modified the setting on the Mac i get:
"Unable to connect to SAMBA host"

Note that im amble to print from every other windows machine in the house to that XP print server.

I basically want to know if anyone has accomplished this task and how did you do it? Please give me a step by step guide if possible.

thanks
Dae
