Took a pic (actually many) with Sony digtal camera. Have no problem saving them on PC.
Howver, I take it over to my Mac and I can view it (only in quick time) and in no other applications. In addition, I can not save the JPG in any app. Gives me one error or another. Last error was when I went to "flip the picture" (can't) even seem to do this without some error code. (-36)

I have had problems with images in OS 9 as well...I noticed that if the jpeg was named like the following: mypicture.jpg 1 or mypicture.1jpg, or MY`~PICTURES>.JPG, no program would open or save it...Try renaming the file on the mac, then opening it (rename it with the file extension ie: mypictures.jpg)...(click on the name of the file once and hover the mouse over it, then hit delete when it is highlghted for editing. Or just click the file and hit enter)...Do you have access to photoshop? if i remember correctly in mac os 9 quicktime wont let you save anyways...let me know if it works...
