I recently picked up one of the microsoft
wireless base stations so i could get my
pb1400 wireless and roaming. For the
longest time i was tethered to the hub
near my dsl modem and the powerbook
and all other connected computers could
print to my personal laser writer 320 with
no problem.

now that i have the ms access point
installed and the hub removed, only my xp
boxen which are still connected via wires
to the access point can print.

i am using an orinoco silver card with os
9.1. why has my printer disappeared
from the chooser?

The PLW doesn't work with anything but AppleTalk.

Most 802.11b access points don't work with AppleTalk on the wireless side.
