hello, i got an e-mail with an attachment called winmail.dat. as far as i know, i need some kind of converter to find out what it is. for linux- and windowssystems there's fentun, but what program exists for my mac? please help.

I am a PC user and was sending emails that other PC owners couldn't open. Tell your email sender to go to Outlook/Tools/Option click on "Mail Format" tab and select "plain text" and the problem goes away for anyone they send an email to.
