Comment: ok, I need some help here,I downloaded a Img file (cd image) and I would like to know if there is a Utility to convert img to iso or something like that. My mac doesn't have a burner but my windows machine as one, that'S why I would like to copy this image to a cd from a software like Ezcd Creator.but the problem is the img extension. Thanx for your help!!!

Reply: (edit)You are probably going to have some major problems with this one. PC's won't read Mac disks but Macs will read PC disks (some formats). If you want to burn a Mac file onto a CD in PC format, the burner will have to be connected to the MAC, not the PC. If you burn an ISO format CD from the Mac, you'll be able to read it fine on the PC.

Reply: (edit)just extract the IMG files to a folder, and try to mail them, or is your connection too slow for that?

Reply: (edit)best bet is to find a mac that has a burner and make it from there.... if you want the ISO file to keep, then you can just make the image yourself from the disk. I'm having the same kind of problems myself.
