Previously, using Win NT 4 workstation, I was able to connect to files and folders on our Mac OSx server that I had permission for, by typing in the server address in NT's "run" box. After switching to Win 98 SE, I get the message that "network name cannot be found". No problem pinging the mac server. Have not been able to find any documentation about this. Can anyone offer some advice?
Thanks,
Peter

Try asking on the Win9x forum. Sounds like a 9x problem to me.

Peter,

How is the share set up on the Mac? Is it an SMB volume? Were you using AppleShare IP client on the NT box to access it? There are many possibilities, so a little more information would be helpful.
