hi i have a performa 5200 i was hoping to sell but on testing it i find it will not wake up from sleeping- screen stays dark and i have to restart the machine-turn the power off at the back
1 any ideas how to solve this
2 can i sell a computer in this condition
3 what woulkd it be worth- otherwise is fine-new hard disk-monitor-extra ram

Uh, how much were you hoping to get out of it?
I have a feeling its current state won't impact its market value significantly, because, well, those computers aren't even worth their weight in garbage. You'd do better trying to sell a small pile of beige foeces.
