i no i can't us the newer ipods and the ipod mini cos they need to sync with itunes or whatever to load the songs on and get it to work, but i was wondering since the nano is a flash memeory based does that mean i can just plug it into the usb socket and the computer will recognise it as like a mass storage device, or will i still have to sync it with itunes?

i know complaning about it isnt gono get me anywhere but i just needed to rant cos its a piss take.
