Ok...this is sort of a follow up to my last question. What is the work processing program on the powerbook. The only one I can find is textedit. Is this really it? I can't even make columns with it. It also came with
a trial version of Microsoft Office which won't
even let me print.

Please help!

Thank you!

Amanda

I believe the PowerBook comes with AppleWorks (or at
least my iBook did which I just purchased).

If it did not you have several options:
Buy Microsoft Office (probably best choice except for the
part of it being expensive)
Buy AppleWorks (about $80)
Download Apple's X11 along with OpenOffice (free)

OpenOffice tries to be like Microsoft Office (is actually
based on StarOffice, and it is free as I just stated)
