websharing on Mac with PC

I am using websharing on a MacOS 8.6 I can see the webpages folder from my PC's browser and I setup filesharing on the Mac to allow write access. How can I upload files from the PC to the Mac. I tried FTP to the ip address of the Mac webpages folder but it didn't work.

I don't think the Personal Web Sharing allows for uploads. You have to put the files on the Mac manually.
