Virtual PC messed with Mac extensio

I own a Mac Powerbook G4. I need to run PC apps so I got Virtual PC 5.0 and installed it on my Mac running 10.2.6. During installation OS X popped up a message saying that Virtual PC had altered my extensions.kextcache file and that this would compromise security and they gave me a couple options. I didn't really pay much attention (doing more than one thing at the time) and I chose the option of "fix and use". So does that mean just what it says, is my security fine now or did I mess something up within the Mac system files?

There are no security issues with VPC that I know of. Several programs (System Optimizer, for one) require that files be moved or changed. I'm sure VPC required it on my system too. Unless someone says otherwise, I don't think it's anything to worry about.
As a note, you'll be much happier with the performance of VPC 6 over VPC 5.
