Ok so we had a power outage and now Virtual PC is getting the NTLDR: Fatal error 2592 reading boot.ini message. after reading many many posts of people getting this issue the fix has been to run a "xp repair" to fix issue. so i put in a xp disc and ran setup and virtual pc ask to boot from cd so i did and it looked like i was going to run the repair...but i never got the option to repair...i got the option to use recovery console but i passed that and usually it says..searching for previous OS but it skips that and goes straight to install/delete partition...
soo it looks like boot.ini is the issue, so is there anyway to fix that with recovery console OR do i have to create a new VPC image and copy files(really not wanting to do this option but if i have to...)
