I have OSX on my host machine and Windows NT
Workstation as my virtual PC. Can I share my
mac's connection with the 'virtual PC'?

If so, can someone tell me how, I have searched
Google and found nothing

What do YOU mean by saying a 'virtual
PC'?

Maybe you mean 'VNC'?
But really you are meaning to share the
internet signal with your mac and PC.
You need a (hardware) ROUTER.

You have the software application VirtualPC, or you have a second physical computer?

If the latter, fieraci is right. You need a router.

If the former, VPC automatically takes care of the Internet thing once you're connected on the Mac side, or it did back when I last used it (version 2.1.3)...

I have Virtual PC 5 with Windows NT running on
it. Virtual PC is being run on my apple mac, OSX
10.1.5. When I am connected 2 the net with
macOS, and then go to use internet explorer on
windows NT (which is running on my mac thru
Virtual PC 5) the web doesnt work, do I need to
configure it? if so, HOW!

You have to set your nt's internet properties to
connect through manual/lan.
You also have to set it to auto detect proxy
settings.

Under OS X, you need to turn on "Virtual Switch"
in the VPC preferences. It mostly worked for me,
but it can be a little iffy.
