Explain that a little more. As in, how are you viewing Windoze files on a Mac? CD-ROM, floppy, hard disk, over a network...?

Ah. Gotcha.

See if ResEdit can see them. (It's free from Apple if you don't have it.)

Unfortunately, copying them may be a bit difficult, since you can't change their visibility while they're on read-only media...might just want to burn the CD again.

use the Terminal.
put in the cd, open a terminal and tye
cd /Volumes/whatever_the_name_of_your_CD_is
and then press enter...you'll have to use command line stuff to move around so I hope you're comfortable with that (I'm an old *bsd nut so it doesn't bother me).
Use the command ls to list your files (like dir in msdos), but that won't show hidden. you'll have to use the -a option like so:
ls -a
this will show you're hidden files in the directory. Using ls -al will give you a longer more detailed list (that's l as in el not a one or an eye :) also, do a
man ls
at the console and read the manual page...you'll get the hang of it.

Terminal won't do much good for someone using OS 9...
