Hello all. I'm looking for a product that I can hook up to my emac that will allow me to convert video from a Hi8 camcorder to a format that I can burn to a cd. My camcorder does not have a firewire/usb adapter. Something similar to Adaptecs VideoOh DVD application would be great. This product states Windows as a requirement. Anyone tried that one on a mac or have any other suggestions? Thanks!!

I use ADS Pyro A/V unit and it works great. iMovie sees it
as a camera and imports directly as DV and .mov. Then it
easily transfers to iDVD to burn. No other software
needed. It comes bundled with windows software and is
also usable on the PC, should you stoop that low :-)
