What is the best for the mac, software,
bandwidth recommendations, sound etc
for full monty video conferencing. I have a
G4 and Cum See me 3.1 software and
128 k bandwidth but want better.

The best right now is probably iBot
(firewire) from OrangeMicro with video
conferencing software.
